got a wip done and more parts of the script, but i have a lot to do through of getting stuff to accomplished so badly, anyone to donate to me, other missions/art for franchises to bring back, and ways to be on tv/movies/games but i get no liuck or no algorithm... this is really not fair for me and i always get left out and no one even tell me on what i can do as this caused me to get stuck and not improved. and i couldn't see celeberties as of cost... what can i do now?

To be honest, based on your art you've submitted to the portal, none of it stands out as particularly impressive or groundbreaking. Not that it has to be revolutionary, but there's a sea of submissions in the art portal that have very similar styles.
If you're looking to reach a bigger audience and gain more support from others on Newgrounds, you'll have to do something that stands out at least a little bit.
Keep improving and try to bounce around fresh ideas you can incorporate into your work :)
