Well you only stay to your own page, you made very few reviews, you don't respond to others news posts, you haven't even made a single forum post. You've only posted 61 drawings, you haven't participated in any collabs or events, and you just joined this year.
It's not all about taking, you have to give as well. Think of all the other thousands of artist's in your shoes. Don't they want people to respond to their news posts and art as well?
It takes a long time to build a fan base on original content, I mean it's your first year and you're expecting thousands of followers? Keep in mind this site is small and only has around 7,000 users on it.
You're going to have to make more than 60 pictures to actually gain a following, it took me like 200 pictures to gain a following of 230 fans on my old account. And that took me twelve years.
(Your results may vary, after all I only posted once a month, and by vary I've seen people hit 200 in one month with only like five pieces.)
I got hundreds fans after I broke out of my shell and started making reviews and responding to news posts and forum topics on a daily basis. Tyhond gained a massive following just by making reviews hundreds and hundreds of reviews.
Forum regulars also get more attention as well. Wegra and Pudgiedafrog, Slaveonastick, CyberDevil, all made forum topics and responded to others on the regular and are well known on here.
You have to put yourself out there, it's like advertising.

To go to the forums click the community tab, on the top there's the "jump to forum" drop down list which gives you instant access to any forum. Or there's the all forums button which leads to a list of every forum and their description.
In every forum thread each post the users make there's a reply button, which is pretty self explanatory, click it reply to what someone has said, and there's the respond to this topic button at the top right which is used to reply without sending it to someone in particular.
To make new thread go to a forum like the art, audio, writing, voice acting, game development etc, and click the top right icon that looks like a square and a plus sign.
In the art forum you can start your own thread, to add new pictures to your thread just respond to your thread using the text editor. In the text editor click the icon with a sun and mountains and it will bring you to your files so you upload a picture.(this also works for new posts)
You're only allowed to upload two pictures per post, but with supporter your allowed to upload ten pictures per post. Also don't forget to read the rules before posting in every forum or you could get banned or get your thread locked for breaking the rules.

It happens,sadly but maybe you can do something else to take your mind off of this like going to the community forums.There’s a better chance that someone will reply to you.
